Give travelling guests a clear starting point
Guests coming from another country need more context than a venue name. Consider the city and country, the event address, local arrival instructions and any accommodation guidance you want to supply. A useful invitation separates essential event facts from optional travel notes.
We can plan the presentation of the information you provide. Confirm travel requirements with official authorities and bookings with your chosen providers; the invitation is not a substitute for current visa, transport or accommodation advice.

Avoid time-zone and date-format confusion
A date such as 04/05 can mean different things to different guests. Write the month in words and clearly identify the event location. For example, use a full date with the venue’s local time zone rather than expecting guests to infer it from where they open the page.
If you need calendar links, discuss how those links should represent the venue’s time zone before implementation. Automatic time conversion and language switching are separate feature requirements, not assumptions about every digital invitation.

Send your event details, destination, preferred design references and the best way to contact you. We discuss the scope remotely and agree the quotation, project schedule, review process and hosting arrangements before work starts. Confirm payment methods, currency and availability in that conversation.
For RSVP forms, collect only the information you need for the event. Discuss response storage, access and retention with the project team. If you need to communicate dietary requirements, accessibility requests or other personal information, agree a suitable collection process and any required privacy wording.

Can I enquire from outside India?
Yes. Digitaliz Labs welcomes international enquiries for custom digital invitations. Share your country, event destination, date and requirements so the scope, timing, communication and payment arrangements can be discussed before booking.
Can guests open the same invitation link in different countries?
The invitation is a website link designed to open in a browser with internet access. Guests can receive it by WhatsApp, email or another messaging app. Internet availability and local network restrictions can still affect access, so test it with representative guests before sharing widely.
Will the event time change to each guest’s time zone?
Not automatically unless that functionality is explicitly agreed. The event should clearly state the venue’s local time zone. If calendar links or automatic conversion are required, discuss and test those features as part of the project scope.
Can the invitation include travel information for a destination wedding?
Yes, travel and accommodation notes can be planned as part of the invitation content. Supply the information you want to share and approve it before launch. Guests should verify visa rules and booking details with the relevant authorities and providers.
